Brand Transformation and Real Estate: Three global case studies

Banco Santander Van Gogh, Brazil

The Santander Group needed to rebrand its high-net worth business segment after they acquired Banco Real (and Van Gogh, its high-net worth group) to support the new customer base.

The brand has adopted the art of Van Gogh as its visual language. To avoid the impression of an “art gallery”, it created a “living room,” a place where the customer might enjoy luxury and sophistication of their home. It is the bank participating in their customers’ lives as an extension of their homes.  The space is unique and helped Santander to maintain its high-end customer base of Van Gogh after the merger.
